Lemmon and Franecs (Fanny) Harvey.  She was born 1831 in Ashburnham, Sussex, England, and

died 1900 in Eastbourne Reg., Sussex, England.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by indenture, dated the 17th day of January instant, Sidney

Cuthbert, of Ashburnham, in the county of Sussex, Miller, assigned all his estate and effects as

therein mentioned, to George Lemmon, of Ashburnham aforesaid, Grocer, and Joseph Cuthbert, of

Hove, Sussex, Victualler, upon trust, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Sidney

Cuthbert, who shall execute the said indenture within three calendar months after the date thereof;

and that the said indenture was duly executed by the said Sidney Cuthbert, at Hastings, in the

said county, on the said 17th day of January, in the presence of, and attested by, Thomas Parker

Langham, of Hastings, aforesaid, Solicitor; and that the said indenture was duly executed by the

said George Lemmon and Joseph Cuthbert, on the 27th day of January instant, in the presence of,

and was attested by, the said Thomas Parker Langham. And notice is hereby also given, that the

said indenture will lie at the house of the said George Lemmon, situate at Ashburnham aforesaid,

for the inspection of, and execution by, the creditors of the said Sidney Cuthbert; and all persons

indebted to, or having claim on, the said Sidney Cuthbert, are requested to pay such debts or

send the particulars of their claims to the said trustees or one of them. - Dated the 27th day of

January, 1857
