NOTES: Tobias REEVES, was proposed by trustee: Rev. John FREKE, at the

meeting on 13 Sep 1794, to be apprenticed to Thomas HILL, for ?10.

Although this does not say where Tobias was from, a clue can usually be

gained from the name of the trustee who proposed him, In this case, the

FREKE family came from the nearby parish of Hannington, but the Rev John 

FREKE may of course have been vicar elsewhere.
