Henry was a signatory on the 27th August 1869 Brownlow Hill residents petition against the frist

residents petition of 10th August 1869 which was calling for the removal of the current Post Office

to another location. The 27th August petition, requested that the Post Office remain where it was

and they also gave their full support to the present Post Master.
